We started as a small candy apple stand has grown into a full dessert experience on wheels. Find us at pop-ups, markets, and community events throughout Southern California or book us for your next celebration!

We began our journey in 2017. It all started with a couple of apples and one flavor. Fast forward nine years Valerie's Apples now offers over 25 flavors of candy apples, cake pops, churros, funnel cakes, and much more from our food trailer!
Our family strives to make the most delicious candy apples with the best ingredients. Our apples are meticulously inspected and prepared with the utmost attention to detail.
